Main unit of server(bridge server): Three kinds of TCP/IP connections of "Receiver", "Counting program", and "Operation management client" are accepted, and each processing is done. It is described with JAVA.

Operation management: It is a file for "Operation management client" that operates on WEB browser. It is described with HTML, PHP, and JAVA (applet).
